Another winter storm has it’s sites set on the East Coast. This storm is set to strengthen and bring plowable snow to 4 major cities. Washington DC, after already getting 2 feet of snow, will add on another 5-10 inches to it’s totals, possibly making it one of the snowiest winters on record for the capital. Philadelphia and New York both are expected to get a foot, if not more, with an estimation of 12-18 inches. Providence, Rhode Island could get upwards of 15 inches of snow, while Boston is estimated to get 8-10 inches. Although projected 8-10, many weather reports are indicating Boston could get a foot of snow. New York City has closed its schools for Wednesday while Washington DC federal agencies will also be closed on Wednesday. Most cities effected have issued warnings, parking bans, and more in order to prepare for the highly anticipated mid to end of the week storm.
