The NBA Finals of 2011 tip off momentarily in one of the most hyped finals series ever in sports history. The last time LeBron James was here, we was swept to the Spurs. The Last time Dirk was here in 2006, he was able to lead his Mavs to two straight wins against the Miami Heat; And then Dwayne Wade stepped it up and led the Heat too 4 consecutive wins to be crowned champions.

These teams are both outstanding in completely different ways. The Mavericks have depth with their top scorer Dirk Nowitzki, who is the PF who can beat you from any spot on the court, and is automatic from behind the arc. Yet if Dirk isn’t open for a key shot, this Maverick team has many other players who can sink the three ball just as well.

The Heat have the best defense in the league and might not have as great of a bench, but they still have 2 of the best 3 players in the league on their team and have the likes of Chris Bosh down low as a huge threat.

Chris Bosh has really proved his capabilities throughout this post-season after being doubted all of the regular season, he has became a huge threat to every team, but now he is up against his biggest challenge.

It won’t be surprising if Haslem is put on Dirk through the start to the game until the end of the 3rd as, Dirk can get Bosh into foul trouble which would be crucial in the final moments of the game.

This Finals series is filled with outstanding competition but also a substantial amount of emotion.
