The E-Cat cold fusion power generator that will begin to be produced commercially around November of this year could accomplish all the change that the UN Secretary-General says is necessary to save the world from the “major planetary catastrophe” without the trillions of dollars that he says is necessary. It will replace the combustion engines in cars, coal fired power plants, diesel engines in trucks, diesel engines in the power units for trains. The E-Cat generator could replace the combustion engines very quickly because it will produce the same power at a fraction of the cost for fuel (when built to the scale of the unit being replaced).
I believe the information gave the cost of fuel for the E-Cat at 10% of the cost of operating an equivalent powered combustion engine and the E-Cat would produce no carbon pollution. The E-Cat could be used to power water-from-air extraction units (current technology) to provide water for food production in remote areas experiencing drought conditions to prevent the famines that occur with droughts.

Lets see, people are starving because they can’t feed themselves,,, or are there others taking what they have away from them? I suppose it is a natural right to breed uncontrollably to the extent your family goes hungry every day, not smart people. Clean water is the key to all life, everything else naturally follows when you have a constant clean source of water. Electricity is not in this equation, just water. So what is the UN doing about water resources, privatizing them for the few to profit off of. How do you get a constant source of water to the people that could use it? Digging holes is a start, to trap the water from just flowing down hill into the oceans.
There are too many people that are using the plight of others to gain for their own, with no real intention of really helping those they claim to be helping. *All* of the programs the west impose on the African nations are great examples of these parasites that line their own pockets.

Yup, this is AGENDA 21 all right. This is what to watch our for,(the buzz words are “Sustainability,” Global warming, Climate Change and going green).
AGENDA 21 is about driving most people off the land and cramming them into cities and designated regions and the rest of the land will be OFF LIMITS to humans. Smart Grids and Meters are also included and are NOT about conservation but are all about CONTROL and RATIONING. We were also intentionally deindustrialized but they still want Carbon Footprint taxes as well as Cap N’ Trade. They also want to control and greatly restrict our travel. That’s why there is so much
emphasis on BIKE-TO-WORK Day and other related events to get you out of your car and either ride or bike or take Rail.
MICHAEL SHAW has done some excellent research on AGENDA 21. Please check him out. I also learned that REDEVELOPMENT Money (from another source) was commonly used for AGENDA 21 implementation (and their so-called blighted areas).
This other source (I forgot her name-sorry about that) mentioned that these AGENDA 21 people would hold meetings but there’s some deviousness going on because they’re using something called the DELPHI Method created by the RAND CORPORATION.
There is also WEATHER MANIPULATION (which I think is tied into AGENDA 21. I am suspicous that the recent rash of tornadoes
that clobbered the USA was involved, just like I suspect it was used to cause all those “unheard of” numbers of fires that broke out simultaneously across California and it was unusually hot and another fire broke out (“conveniently”) during a Thanksgiving weekend when Gov Schwarzenegger went to S. CA to attend a “Climate Change” meeting.
Please learn about these things and find out if your city if AGENDA 21 has infected your city or town. If you hear the buzz words of (Sustainability, Green or going green, an emphasis on using your bikes, community or sustainable living and the usual Global Warming and Climate Change), your town or city is definitely infected with AGENDA 21.
While it’s great to be aware of the environment, the usage and damage that could be caused, but AGENDA 21 and the CLUB of Rome isn’t about that. It’s about part of the GLOBAL PLAN and part of the plan is control and rationing.
BTW: These so-called “environmentalists don’t seem to mind the considerable damage from Perpetual war and DU (Depleted Uranium), WEATHER MANIPULATION,fluoridated water, GMO seeds, toxic vaccines or those actually ill from Chemical Poisoning ie: Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome, MCS (multiple chemical sensifivity) also known as TILT, the BP Gulf of Mexico incident with the oil and toxic Corexit dispersant or those ill from that or those that fell ill from the
9-11 incident. It’s also funny how Christine Todd Whitman (formerly of the EPA) was left completely off the hook for lying about the 9-11 air quality.

They are not lying, they know from experience and history, they have it all.
In my opinion this has all happened before, natural events which change things on the face of the planet.
Someone is only trying to make sure that when the effect takes place, they will remain in power.
